I needed 3 locks changed at SHORT notice. Luke came out at late notice AFTER hours and did an amazing job switching out rusty old locks from 1930s. He evaluated the locks professionally, suggested which locks to rekey and which to replace while even partially fixing door frames to make sure everything was flush to make sure all key turns turns flawlessly. I was extremely happy with the service. Obviously I paid premium for after hours but this was not a project I wanted to do myself. I will definitely contact them further for any needs. This was a difficult problem with a condo entry door lock. The tech was on time, cordial and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem without having to resort to an expensive lock replacement. Highly recommended and I'd definitely use this service again.
